The Scheme
Our Apprenticeship scheme lasts two years and it'll set you up to be one of the faces of Virgin Media. In fact, you'll be a Digital Hero, helping our customers to get all our great services in their homes.
You'll be working towards an NVQ Level 2 in Communication Technology. So whether you're in the classroom, at our course in the beautiful Welsh hills, or out and about with one of our top technicians, you'll be learning how to install, maintain and repair a range of products. At the same time, you'll pick up tips on how to delight our customers with your amazing service.
You'll start the scheme with a full induction. This is where you'll learn about the world of work at Virgin Media. And once you start learning the ropes, you'll have a mentor you can turn to for any help or advice. By the end of your two year apprenticeship you'll have an NVQ and Key Skills qualifications in Communication, Problem Solving, Working with Others and Improving Your Own Learning. Best of all, you'll be on a fast track programme that'll help you to keep on improving your skills. So this really is the first step into a brilliant career.
