Field Technicians

If you can work your stuff installing and repairing our products while delivering amazing customer service, you can be part of something special. Modems, DTV and Telephony. You'll work with it all. Specialising in either service or installations, you’ll learn how to repair and install basic network elements, sticking to the highest technical standards of course.

Experience isn't essential. But you must have some technical knowledge, ideally covering HFC, telephony principles, signal level meters, analogue voltmeters and other stuff like that. Not to mention an attitude that always puts the customer first. After all, our customers are as important to you as they are to us, right? That’s why you’ll do all you can to get the job done. But you won’t be afraid to ask for help if you need to.

Oh, and because you'll be driving around in one of our snazzy vans, you'll also need a full driving licence with no more than six points.
