Keeping our customer happy – that’s what we’re all about. And we have Customer Relations teams in Sheffield and Teesside, as well as our National Movers Centre in Gateshead.
If a customer’s thinking about moving their account, we’re the people they talk to. And at our National Movers Centre, we help with changing accounts when people move house – making sure they’ve got all their services from day one.
So if you join us you’ll need to be a great listener. Someone who can talk through problems, come up with the right answers and keep our customers smiling.
