There are about 2,000 people in our Customer Care team, spread around four sites in Sheffield, Manchester, Bellshill near Glasgow, and Dudley.
We’re from all walks of life, ages and backgrounds. We're funny, lively, helpful and sincere. And, most of all, when it comes to great customer service we really know our stuff.
The way we work means it’s a really friendly team. Each team of 12 to 15 Customer Care Advisors works flexible shifts and has a Team Coach. That means there's always someone around to help or guide you when you need it.
Join us and you’ll deal with customers over the phone, helping them to find the best package, get connected, sort out bills – all kinds of things. So you’ll need to put people at their ease and deal quickly with their questions. And, with great training and development, there’s no telling where you could take your career.
