There are three Credit and Collections teams – Acquisition, Contact Management and Credit Management. And we’re based at three sites in Birmingham, Nottingham and Manchester.
We’re here to make sure customers are able to pay their bills, and that we don’t try to give our customers services they can’t afford. So we credit check new customers and give advice on the contract conditions we should set. And we help to keep hold of customers by talking to them if they’re finding it difficult to pay their bills and sorting out a manageable plan to help them.
