People Business Partners
Our People team are the ones who make sure we have all the talented people we need. So, you'll be helping our managers to find, motivate, and nurture our people. And that's no small task, when you think that the UK public just voted Virgin as the brand they most admire in an independent survey by HPI Research.
You'll be supporting one of our four business divisions, which deal with home customers, delivering our services, technology and business customers. So you'll need to dive head first into our culture, values and behaviours. And then make sure all our people are immersed in them too, by putting them at the heart of everything we do. What's more, you'll make sure they enjoy great experiences. And you'll help to make Virgin Media a truly great place to work.
So you'll have lots of ideas and experience, along with the personality to get backing from people at all levels. Including our Divisional People Director. You'll always be looking for new ways to help our managers and you'll encourage them to make the most of their people. But most of all, you'll have the determination, experience and 100% commitment to make sure the People Team supports and improves our business. And to make us even more of a place where people love to work.
