Purchase to Pay Assistant

Virgin Media is currently searching for a Purchase to Pay Assistant.

What’s the purpose of this role?

The purpose of this role is to:
* Support both onshore and offshore teams in managing, monitoring and improving Purchase to Pay processes.
* Provide support to internal colleagues using P2P processes and systems, managing operational issues and escalations.
* Creating and analysing reporting to ensure process compliance, effectiveness and data integrity.
* Creation and receipting of purchase orders for our temporary labour.

What does the job entail?

In role of Purchase to Pay Assistant you would be responsible for a number of key activities including a few of the following:
* Actively promote suggestions to improve process, procudures and systems. Support in the development, testing and implementation of changes.
* Create, reconcile and analyse reporting and work with stakeholders to improve information and system data.
* Support in month end close processes and reconciliations.
* Be seen as an expert in all areas of the P2P process and system.
* Support any other related P2P activities .
* Work in adherence to appropriate governance controls and comply with Sarbanes Oxley standards.
* Liaise with internal and external auditors to provide uinformation and evidence as required.
