Our Sales Operations Manager is a business partner to support the Sales Management team to ensure accurate reporting and analytics are utilised to support sales planning and management.
The focus of the role is to enable confident projection of short term and medium term sales by driving sales processes in particular the pipeline integrity, forecasting and understanding of trends. This is a very high visibility role within Virgin Media Business with key interfaces into Sales Head of Departments to provide projection of revenues and through understanding the sales-to-revenue translation of sales pipeline; WIP and other matters.
* Maintain and develop suite of performance analytics across Virgin Media Business.
* Provide regular performance analysis and insight with the ability to deliver this to drive change within the business.
* Work with Sales management team and other programmes (eg Sales Excellence) to drive consistent and improved sales processes - specifically in relation to use of Salesforce.com.
* Work with Sales HoDs / BSMs to unlock performance improvement through insight and analysis.
* Work collaboratively with key departments also providing insight into Business Performance including Finance and Customer Analytics - ensuring alignment and minimising overlap.
* Act as a channel for insight across the business that’s relevant & impactful to sales ensuing this is delivered to support & assist sales management.
* Develop, deliver and support roll out of key business Dashboards to support clear visualisation of performance & trends across Virgin Media Business.

So what are we looking for:
* Demonstrable achievement in a Sales Operations role or in analytical role in a sales/commercial context working directing with sales teams, ideally within an B2B market and delivering against challenging objectives across complex environments.
* You will be driven, delivery and results orientated individual with excellent process, analytical and interpersonal skills. A seasoned business partner that has energy and drive to influence and impact on a strategic level. With strong influencing skills alongside ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships at senior levels across the business.
* You will have a proven track record in analysis and insight ideally context. Financial acumen in order to join-up sales operations performance with P&L impact desirable, demonstrable ability to drive and implement change and performance enhancing initiatives.
* The ideal person would be able to demonstrate the ability to collaborate with a virtual and specialist team of geographically dispersed people, and demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Provide leadership indirectly to other colleagues in the team.
* Experience of Salesforce.com, Qlikview would be advantageous
