Business Transition Architect

The Business Transition Manager will promote Virgin Media Transition capabilities to prospects as part of our sales proposition, and drive Transitions of major, complex solutions through to successful completion, including leading cross-functional teams and creation and evolution of critical pre- and post-sale Transition strategies and plans.
*Managing the technical delivery of Virgin Media Businesses’ largest and most complex solutions. Leading cross-functional teams in the creation and evolution of critical pre- and post-sale Transition strategies and plans.

*Working at senior level within Virgin Media to ensure buy in and support for bespoke processes, procedures and product development, required for successful customer service transition.

*Become a trusted advisor to the customer and understand their organisational strategy. Realise the potential for change and the impact of risk when managing work stream’s within the transition and transformational phases.

*Ensuring that IT and Telecommunication services and designs are delivered and meet all compliance regulations. Meeting the customer confidentiality, integrity, and availability requirements during network transition through to in-life service.

*Input into business continuity and security plans to ensure our solutions meet customer security policies, standards, procedures and guidelines. Development of assessment and test strategies for use during delivery. Adhering to data handling requirements.

What are we looking for?
*An individual that can demonstrate leadership and collaboration across multiple team without direct line management.

*As seasoned business partner that has energy and drive to influence and impact on a strategic level.

*The ideal person would have in depth experience working with Voice, VOIP, CCNA DC, CCNA Routing and Switching, CCNA DP, ITILv3, Prince 2 Foundation or ToGAF or similar.

*Customer facing with strong project management that has flexibility to travel on regular basis to be our customer champions.

*Most importantly someone who is passionate about technology solutions that care about quality for our customers.
