What is the job? You will be supporting the Wayleave MDU strategy by working alongside Account Managers to support the network expansion within apartment blocks. You will be liaising with landlords, land owners, managing agents and other areas of the property sector to get approval for access in to these premises. Your relationship with stakeholders will be vital in the success of project Lightning.

This role will be working closely with the Account Manager and supporting them as part of the contact strategy per Strategic Account and also working closely with the wayleave and build functions to ensure targets are met on a quarterly basis across Strategic and Non-Strategic accounts.

Are you right for the role? You will need to be a good, target driven, relationship builder who is able to handle conflicting situations. If you have some experience of working with Landlords/Freeholders and working within the public sector/housing market - that would be great!

Required Qualifications / Experience:

*Clear evidence of working within property, wayleave, public sector, or commercial environments

*A full UK Driving Licence

*Qualified to degree level or with relevant account management experience in a similar environment
