Business Sales Executive - CVM


This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media Business as a Business Sales Executive - CVM. You’ll sell and increase revenue from both Virgin Media Business customers and prospects.

The role will be based out of our office in Wythenshawe where you’ll consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for product penetration, order intake and billable revenues within designated parameters.

Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to inbound enquiries from an existing base of customers.

Achieve prescriptive revenue, and growth targets and key objectives as defined by the Enterprise strategy and tactical requirements.

Building a solid platform (pipeline) for future achievements of targets and key objectives

To generate strong relationships with key and or senior people within customer and prospect base

Developing a rounded knowledge of the business environment within their scope of the operation and internal relationships

Ensure all activity and behaviour of self is consistent with being a role model for a customer centric culture

To establish and manage relationships with customers, peers, and cross functional colleagues, driving improvements in customer satisfaction and profitable revenue growth

Qualify all opportunities in the pipeline using sales methodologies utilised by the company and utilise to develop an accurate forecast as requested

React responsively and in a timely manner to customer queries and issues.

Maintain in good product knowledge with a general understanding of the USP for each and have the ability to explain features and benefits of each product

Ensure all targets & KPI’s are focused on and met on a monthly basis.

Make and answer calls in a professional & knowledgeable manner

Be fully conversant with all systems to enable effective interrogation by accessing them on a daily basis for customer intelligence.
