The Virgin Media Business Delivery organisation has set ambitious targets to be ‘best in class’ within the next two years. We are establishing a project management office (PMO) to ensure that we continue to seamlessly deliver to our customers whilst change is ongoing, and are looking for a Project Support Officer to join the team!

In this exciting new role you will be responsible for supporting the PMO Lead to monitor and control key areas of the PMO governance framework. You will assist in the creation and maintenance of relevant documentation, plans and reports, collaborating with others to ensure intelligent analysis of MI is collated and presented to senior stakeholders.

You will be responsible for providing useful and accurate interpretation of data and a full suite of delivery, resource and project status reports including trend analysis and future demand views. Using your experience in Project Coordination you will monitor the effectiveness of the project management methodology and recommend areas for improvement where required.

* Comprehensive previous Project Coordination and PMO experience
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
* Previous experience of working across multiple projects to tight deadlines
* Strong communication skills to manage business stakeholders, with the ability to tailor the message to the audience
