Salary up to £45,000 basic salary depending on experience plus amazing benefits

This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media as a Planning and Performance analyst - Retain where it will be your role to input into the customer base projection which drives the UK revenue forecast
*Planning and Performance analyst’s help in the pro-active tracking and management of the customer base projection upon which financial, sales, marketing, services, install resource and commercial decisions are based.
*This role is the analyst responsible for alignment of operations volume KPI through consumer finance cost and revenue
Principle Responsibilities
*Analyse link between call volumes and operational volume and revenue performance.
*Analysis of revenue dilution per call, understanding key drivers and finding ways to improve.
*Working alongside the operation and commercial base trading team to optimise trading performance from both a volume and value perspective.
*Setting operational in life KPI targets and managing performance against them.
*Establishing targets to drive in life ARPU and analysing performance Vs plan and business decisions taken / future options. Utilising end of offer schedule to support forecast.
*Support delivery of monthly performance pack for leadership team covering KPI.
*Provide weekly analysis of operational and financial performance for ED Consumer Operations and Directors.
*Ensure frontline costs for delivering volume plan are aligned between finance and the operation.
*Build relationships with key finance and operational stakeholders.

*Highly numerate with ability to take large datasets and distil into useful insight which guide operational or commercial change
*Fluent in Transact SQL (TSQL using Microsoft SQL Server)
*Ability to use both SQL Server Management Studio and Visual Studio
Required Qualifications/Experience
*Microsoft SQL transact knowledge (TSQL) particularly using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
*Visual Studio experience particularly SSIS for data management (desirable)
*Analytical and commercial experience / statistical qualifications
*Finance background with understanding of key terminology would be advantageous Advanced Excel with experience of business modelling an advantage
*Microsoft Access and advanced Excel with experience of business modelling an advantage
