Salary up to £45,000 basic salary depending on experience plus amazing benefits

This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media as a Planning and Performance analyst - Sales in life and CPE where it will be your role to input into the customer base projection which drives the UK revenue forecast
* Planning and Performance analyst’s help in the pro-active tracking and management of the customer base projection upon which financial, sales, marketing, services, install resource and commercial decisions are based.
* This role is the analyst responsible managing the in life sales and CPE elements of the volume models (e.g. sales productivity, upsell detail and C&R) upon which based financial projections are based and BI / trading scorecards derived.
* Ownership of forecast for in life sales and CPE volume models and customer base projections used to drive finance revenue projections.
* Setting operational in life KPI targets for sales channels and managing performance against them
* Establishing in life sales mix targets to drive in life ARPU and analysing performance Vs plan and business decisions taken / future options.
* Management of plans for CPE migration programmes (e.g. V6FE) with responsibility for providing analysis and insight on operational risks.
* Support delivery of monthly performance pack covering CPE and in life sales
* Ensure that frontline costs for delivering volume plan are aligned between finance and the operation
* Build relationships with key finance and operational stakeholders

* Sales Directors and Heads of Department responsible for in-life customer sales

Skills & Experience
* Finance background with understanding of key terminology
* Highly numerate with ability to take large datasets and distil into useful insight which guide operational or commercial change
* Analytical and commercial experience / statistical qualifications
* Peer group within wider team have CIMA or other such qualifications which have proved useful
* Advanced Excel with experience of business modelling an advantage
* Microsoft SQL transact knowledge desirable but not essential
