We have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Operational Transition Project Manager. In this role you will be a key member of the Employee Services team, feeding into and working side by side with the VM Global HRIS implementation team. You will be responsible for the change strategy for Employee Services, and the plan that supports a culture that is fully aligned to our values that will ultimately deliver the Liberty Global (LG) and Virgin Media (VM) purpose and vision for the new HR System.
You will work very closely with the VM stakeholders such as Internal Communications, the People Team and representatives from the Business. You will also work very closely with the wider LG programme team, the central PMO and Implementation Partner, the Technology teams and the assigned delivery Project Manager to ensure an exceptional standard of change management that delivers readiness, positive employee experience and high user adoption.

As a subject matter expert (SME) project management and transition, your role will be to implement and deliver a fit for purpose project plan that defines and delivers the change strategy and interventions to the Employee Services model, roles and process readiness and business readiness for go-live and post go-live success focusing on the entire employee experience.
Your responsibilities will be wide-ranging, but ultimately this role will:
* Develop, manage, and maintain the detailed change and transition project plan for Employee Services covering; communications, training, linked to overall HRIS technical project and business readiness plan.
* Create a detailed Impact Assessment, looking specifically at impacts to Employee Services; Process review, current and to be org chart, role design, commercial impacts, training needs, UAT plans and reporting and business readiness criteria.
* Provide meaningful and timely project status reports in line with the project governance, and capture and manage risks, issues, actions and dependencies
* Business partner key stakeholders across the LG and VM, the wider programme team and build and maintain strong working relationships with these stakeholders and also relevant business contacts
* Assess change impact and readiness across Employee Services, and ensure the transition strategy, plan and delivery accounts for changes to roles, processes, governance, etc.
* Drives adoption activities beyond go-live focusing on high risk activities associated with compliance and pay e.g. skill & knowledge capability, infrastructure enablers and communications
To be successful in this role you will need to be a highly competent change specialist, who has successfully designed and implemented change management approaches and solutions, project managing and delivering transformational change ideally in an HR environment and where technology has been integral to the change. Experience of an HRIS implementation would be ideal, and knowledge of Oracle &/or Workday beneficial. You'll also need to demonstrate:
