We’re looking for a Capacity & Performance Insight Senior Manager to be responsible for the design, delivery and communication of high quality analysis within our Network & Business planning areas.
This is a great opportunity to have broad responsibility across a number of European countries.
Your duties will be wide ranging, but ultimately you will be responsible for:

* Maintaining and developing sophisticated statistical models estimating and predicting adherence to customer service levels
* Further developing service level modelling and developing bespoke and innovative analyses to measure adherence to service levels
* Identify opportunities for tuning Network spend to optimise network performance and be able to articulate trade-off’s to stakeholders in cost and quality from different Network spend scenarios
* Assess potential impact to network performance from future roadmap changes to technology
* Carrying out regular quality checking of capacity modelling systems
* Interfacing on behalf of key stakeholders up to VP level: informing on nature of network performance, providing analytical support, and influencing strategy
* Contributing to wider team model development by adding experience of latest analytical methods and tools including those related to statistics, machine learning, data visualisation, and multi-variable numerical modelling
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have significant experience of analysing, assessing and resolving complex and large scale data analysis. You'll be an expert at confidently presenting meaningful business recommendations to senior stakeholders, using detailed insight and analysis. We want you to have the passion to achieve and exceed stretching objectives often delivering within tight timescales

You’ll also need:
* A record of people management in a technical environment, and the ability to influence and persuade, encouraging colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice
* Previous technical modelling development experience ideally within a Large Commercial Organisation
* Advanced statistics with extensive experience of model building and application to improve business results
* Skilled in: R/RStudio; SQL and large scale data manipulation with databases; Hadoop or other similar Data Management platforms; Shiny or other similar Data Visualisation packages
* Advanced Excel, VBA and Powerpoint
* Experience in .net with proficiency in C# an advantage
