We have an exciting opportunity to join our People team as an Inclusion Manager.

This role plays a central part in enabling this vision by designing and delivering meaningful inclusion activities as part of the wider People plan.
This is an integral role within the people team and will link with key stakeholders within the business. Duties for the role will be wide ranging, but ultimately you will be responsible for:

* Working with the Head of Employee Experience and other principal stakeholders to shape and drive the inclusion strategy in support of Virgin Media’s long term business goals and ambitions
* Continuing to develop and drive forward the programme of inclusion activities already operating at Virgin Media
* Monitoring and evaluating all inclusion activities to drive continuous improvement and build the case for an inclusive workplace.
* Providing high quality analysis, MI and written information to the Head of Employee Experience, Director of Employee Experience and other key stakeholders to monitor/evaluate progress
* Strategically leading and developing inclusion champions and networks across the business
* Being the central point of contact and subject matter expert on all inclusion and diversity issues for both internal and external stakeholders
* Actively participating in, building and sustaining solid relationships with external organisations, networks and professional bodies such as BDF, Stonewall, WICT, Scope and Mercer
* Proactively managing a range of diversity benchmarks including BDF and Stonewall and work with the Employee Experience team to use insight from engagement surveys to drive improved practice
* Partnering with all relevant People team stakeholders to ensure inclusion activities are planned, integrated and embedded as part of the employee journey
* Working in partnership with Head of Communications to ensure consistent, honest and inspiring messaging around inclusion and to build the case for support
* Championing inclusion at all times and be a shining example of someone who values human difference, understands the associated business benefits and inspires others to get involved
The suitable candidate for this role will naturally be proactive and passionate about inclusion and will possess the following experience and skillset:

* Experience of designing and delivering innovative inclusion programmes across a complex matrix organisation
* Previous experience of working with analytics and overseeing diversity bench marking exercises
* Demonstrable experience of achieving behavioral workforce change through transformational interventions
* Proven ability to think creatively and strategically with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Ability to influence and persuade at all levels
* Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
* Strong IT skills with a good understanding of how to harness technology to engage and involve stakeholders around the inclusion agenda
