Deliver effective and engaging customer marketing campaigns across Virgin Media Mobile in the Marketing team to drive commercial outcomes and contribute to the delivery of the plan. This role is very visible across the business and works very closely to Customer Value Management (CVM) team by understanding and supporting the creation of analytics as a fundamental part of the success of truly understanding our customers.
* Reduce churn and drive revenue growth from existing mobile customer base by delivering targeted, relevant and timely in life customer marketing campaigns.
* Support the delivery of all mobile in life customer marketing communications to the mobile customer base.
* Targeted to meet the agreed churn, revenue growth, Freestyle and Wifi Buddy for mobile in life customer marketing.
* Support Senior Campaign Manager of mobile in life customer marketing communication budgets, call forecasts and activity scheduling.
* Delivery of direct Mail, bill inserts, bill messages, e-mail, SMS and MMS campaigns.
* Drive mobile customer base NPS.
* Experience in planning and developing customer CRM programmes is fundamental.
* Utilising your existing knowledge to understand how to develop communication plans from data driven insights and customer segments.
* Managing and delivering marketing creative, including working with and managing creative agencies.
* Managing a communications and media plan.
Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills

* Experience of delivering customer marketing campaigns/nurture programmes within IT/Telco or similar technology environments.
* Proven ability to deliver innovative and effective campaigns to maximise awareness, relevancy and revenue.
* Excellent influencing skills and an ability to execute on plans to time and to budget in a fast moving environment.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Desire and knowledge to execute innovative, unique marketing campaigns and messages.

Desirable Knowledge, Experience and Skills
* Experience within a complex large business environment, preferably IT or telecoms.
* Wide range of marketing knowledge and skills, including data and analytics, content creation and enablement.
* CIM desirable.
