We currently have an exciting fixed term opportunity at Virgin Media as a Reward Advisor. In this role you will work as part of the Reward team, providing support on reward related issues and ensuring that reward interventions are effectively delivered.

This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity.
Reporting into the Head of Compensation, this role forms an integral part of the Reward Team. Duties for the role will be wide ranging, but ultimately you will be responsible for:

* Supporting the delivery of reward based projects and programmes through data analysis and employee communication
* Working with the Reward Partners to deliver cyclical activity such as Annual Salary Review, Annual Bonus and benefit programmes
* Completing job evaluations, conducting benchmarking and putting forward recommendations as required to inform the Reward Framework
* Interpreting, interrogating and effectively presenting data to support reward decision-making
* Maintaining and co-ordinating revisions to the Job Family Framework(s)
* Submitting Company data to Reward surveys
* Fulfilling ad-hoc reward requests from the People Team
* Providing input and maintaining all reward educational tools
* Supporting the preparation of papers and presentations to support key reward decisions and governance at a senior level
* Collaborating with the People Team and Employee Services on the delivery of reward initiatives
* Acting as a champion of the Virgin values ensuring that they are reflected in everything that we do
Everyone in our Reward Team has a proactive approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver to deadlines. If you join us as a Reward Advisor we would like you to have:

* Experience within an analytical position
* Good commercial awareness
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good working knowledge of Excel
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a close team
* Ideally degree educated or a professional qualification such as CIPD
* Experience of Willis Towers Watson Global Grading System would be advantageous
