This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media as a Project Administrator. You will support the delivery of key People Team cyclical and ad hoc project administrative activity on a day to day basis and will be focused on providing a value added ‘central’ service to the business, ensuring successful delivery and completion against agreed objectives, service standards and timescales

Your duties will be wide ranging, but ultimately you will be responsible for:

* Support the People Team and Project Delivery Managers to deliver cyclical activity against agreed objectives, timescales, and quality standards.
* Responsible for accurate and timely data validation and distribution of internal communications during project cycles to enable successful project delivery.
* Work in collaboration with key stakeholders - People Directors, People Teams, Project Delivery Manager, Programme Delivery Manager, PMO and Managers in the Business to ensure excellent project delivery is provided to the business and that each people experience is consistent and high quality
* Support PMO with the capturing Project Status Reports and communications, recording risks/issues and dependencies centrally on the Central Risk log
* Support the People Projects team and PMO with the auditing activities on projects
* Understand the needs of customers (internal and external) and continuously seek to improve customer service
* Understand all relevant performance indicators and use performance information to continually improve services
Everyone in our Project team has a proactive approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver to deadlines. If you join us as a Project Administrator we would want you to have:
* Experienced in Microsoft Office packages - advanced excel skills
* Process mapping experience in MS Visio
* Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
* Excellent communications and stakeholder management,
* Ability to deal with complex queries
* Experience of working with stakeholders at all levels across multiple functions
