Salary £30,000 - 32,000 per annum + benefits

This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media as a Demand Management Analyst. You will be responsible for the high level strategy, architecture, service delivery, support and development of the Virgin Media Technologies.

What is the role?

The role of a Data Demand Analyst is to:

*Perform a wide variety of professional level research and analytical duties in support of assigned functions, operations, programs, department, and/or division; perform duties in support of various analytical and administrative operations and activities within assigned area of responsibility including special projects, departmental finance management and analysis, resource management and capability, and other specialised functions.

*Focus on process improvement across the Data Demand Management team; recommend and implement resulting policies and process improvements; create and modify policy and procedural manuals and guidelines.

*Prepare and present financial analytical, demand and statistical reports that present and interpret data, identify alternatives, and present and justify conclusions, forecasts, and recommendations based on data summaries and other findings.

* Identify and resolve operational and administration issues across the wider Data function; identify issues and support in the conducting of research to find alternative solutions; make and assist in the implementation of recommendations.

* Manage, Coordinate, support in the implementation, and monitoring of special projects within assigned area of responsibility; perform and make informed recommendations based upon research and analysis of new programs, services, policies, and procedures; prepare and present reports/presentations.

* Coordinates with departmental delivery managers and performs administration activities; prepare, write, review, and monitor project assignment, allocation and prioritisation.

Have you got the right experience?

* Methods and techniques of data collection, in -depth analysis, research, and report preparation.

* Methods and techniques of statistical and financial analysis including budget forecasting and project finance.

* Proficient in process improvement practices and experience of embedding new processes.

* Principles of budget preparation and administration.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced working environment.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel).

* Track record of being customer service-oriented.
