An exciting opportunity to join one of our Public Sector Account Manager (Farmer) teams in Virgin Media Business. The Account Manager maintains and expands relationships within in established named Medium to Large Enterprise (MLE) accounts to secure and grow profitable VMB Revenue. The Account Manager (Farmer) represents the entire range of VMB services and products to assigned accounts, leads virtual team to uncover and close New Business Opportunities and leads VMB Service Organisation to secure existing contracted base and deliver against Net Promoter Score (NPS) objectives.

So what are we looking for?

Meets sales New Business and Revenue targets ensuring prudent management of the existing contracted base and significant growth in named MLE accounts.

Builds and manages the relationship within named accounts in order to develop, maintain and grow, contracted revenue streams.

Negotiates with customers on the renewal of existing contracts in a professional and timely manner minimising risk of revenue and profit erosion.

Leads virtual sales team to expand the UC, Voice, Data and Managed Services portfolio used by named MLE accounts.

Leads virtual service organisation in VMB to deliver world class customer service and meet NPS objectives.

Follows up on Lead to Cash journey to ensure VMB services that are sold are delivered, billed and paid in a timely manner

Manages Salesforce.com pipeline to ensure the correct level of focus is applied to each opportunity identified and forecasted.

Leads virtual team responsible for managing bids and taking opportunities through the business approval process.

Constructs business cases and justifies CAPEX / OPEX spend & resource allocation.

Provides day to day contact for the customer on all post-sales activity as well as being the point of escalation for any commercial / operational issues.

Constructs and maintains account development plans aligned to customer and VMB strategic objectives.

Takes responsibility of own personal development and maintains Personal Development Plan.
