Senior Consumer Fraud and Revenue Assurance Manager

This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media as a Senior Consumer Fraud & Revenue Assurance Manager. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Fraud and Revenue Assurance controls within Consumer and the management and for the outputs and control implementation of the Prevention and Compliance team.

Your duties will be wide ranging, but ultimately you will be responsible for:
* Ownership on structuring relevant controls and stakeholder management within Consumer
* Lead and support direct reports to develop and maintain a risk based Fraud and Revenue Assurance programme across each Prevention and Compliance function.
* Drive alignment of fraud and revenue assurance controls across Business, Consumer and Mobile
* Perform data analytics using tools such as ACL, SQL, Qlikview or Centreview (discovery auditing, day trip audits) in order to quantify issues, document requirement specification for development of applications/ controls.
* Maintain a leakage /coverage/assured and recovered barometer using industry agreed KPI’s, demonstrating the value of Fraud and Revenue Assurance to business stakeholders.
* Production of weekly and monthly MI and escalation material where required (RACE slides).
* Liaise with the wider Fraud and Revenue Assurance teams to ensure information is shared where necessary.
* Develop a good understanding of the end to end applications within Virgin Media
* Work alongside the Product Risk Specialist to deliver fit for purpose risk assessments
* Align Fraud and Revenue assurance controls with other controls in Virgin Media
Everyone in our Group Risk has a proactive approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver to deadlines. If you join us as a Senior Consumer Fraud &Revenue Assurance Manager we would want you to have:
* Educated to degree level, preferably in an academic subject.
* Knowledge of attack types/ countermeasures and control environment for a telecoms operator.
* Experience of Lean Six sigma principles and methodology
* Previous experience of managing teams across cross functional disciplines
* Excellent organisational and report writing skills
