Our Commercial Solution Managers lead, motivate and develop the Commercial Team to support delivery of profitable contract retention, renewal and growth for Virgin Media Business ("VMB") in line with Long Range Plan (LRP) targets. By providing opportunity qualification, commercial and pricing support with particular emphasis on high value opportunities.
Working within our WiFi division responsible for arranging and performing the wide range of tests required for successful delivery of a continuing series of programmes and projects being handled by Virgin Media Business WiFi. The role primarily includes; but it is not limited to quality assurance activities such as test planning, test bed design, test execution and test management.
It will be your job to lead, manage, coach and support Field Support Operations Centre Representatives and Regional Team Coaches. Inspire them to deliver a seamless and consistent experience for all internal and external customers
This job role is to contribute to campaigns, plans and work streams to deliver a customer base of 5.5 million customers that is less susceptible to downspin through products tiers and churn from the brand. Using currently available and future customer insight, measurement, customer rewards and excellent customer communications the team will develop a series of communication programmes to halt the churn and downspin of customers within the base.
