We're recruiting our 2012 apprentice Field Technicians in various locations throughout the UK.

Right now, in a town or city near to you, our Digital Heroes are answering calls for help. Pretty soon, you could be one of these amazingly talented people.

We are looking for passionate people who have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of looking after our customers. You will need to be keen and willing to work hard and learn on the job as well as complete the required training and work towards the qualifications associated with the scheme.

For the Advanced scheme only, you'll need to be educated to A level standard or equivalent, but this can be in any subject.

Application Process

• When you begin our online recruitment process, we'll ask you a few questions to see if you're ready to become a Virgin Media Field Technician - one of our 'Digital Heroes'. We'll then e-mail you to tell you how you've got on.
• If you get through the first stage with flying colours, we'll give you a call to find out more about you, and discuss your future ambitions.
• What next? We'll invite you to one of our selection days. You'll be asked to bring some important documents and deliver a 5-minute presentation. But don't worry; we'll give you more details nearer the time. You'll have an interview, some dexterity testing and also take part in role playing activities. It's a challenging day, but it could be the start of a great career.
• For the apprentice scheme we're recruiting on a regular basis throughout the year. Don't be disappointed if you don't see the location you're after straight away, register your details with us, and we'll let you know as soon as we have more opportunities available.
